_THE PROJECT
Primera edició de 'Correcarrers: Un joc d'aventura per la ciutat'.
Una serie de guies turístiques familiars i didàctiques per la ciutat
de València que pretenen reactivar l’activitat d’oci al barri, com a
una forma d’unió del nucli familiar i de la reivindicació del que és propi.
La primera edició consta dels districtes 1 al 5 de la ciutat:
Ciutat Vella, L'Eixample, Extramurs, Campanar i La Saïdia.
Aquest projecte consta del desenvolupament de la guia corresponent
al primer dels districtes: Ciutat Vella.
_CONCEPT
Tot el projecte gira entorn a la didàctica i la cultura valenciana,
per això en el cas de la identitat gràfica i les il.lustracions no ha
sigut menys. El punt clau per a crear el món de correcarrers ha estat entorn a els
joguets de construcció de les avantguardes i agafant com a referència les
formes bàsiques del taulell hidràulic tant típic al territori Valencià.
The whole project revolves around didactics and Valencian culture,
which is why it has been no less important in the case of graphic identity
and illustrations. The key point to creating the world of “Correcarrers”
has been around the toys of construction of the Avant-garde and taking
the basic shapes of the hydraulic tiles as a reference, so typical in the
Valencian territory.
_ART DIRECTION
La paleta cromática ha estat escollida en funció de les possibilitats que
ens oferix la risografia, per això trobem com a color protagonista el taronja
flúor, junt al blau que li dona caràcter les formes.
The color palette has been chosen based on the possibilities offered by
risography, which is why we find orange fluorine as the protagonist color,
along with the blue that gives it its shape.
_BRIEFING
El brief naix davant la substitució dels jocs al carrer i les relacions
personals per l’ús de noves tecnologies, que estan fent que es
perda la cultura de barri tan característica de la terra valenciana.
The brief was born due to the substitution of playing outside and
personal relationships because of the use of the new technologies,
which are contributing to the lose of the culture of neighborhoods so
characteristic of the valencian area.
_SOLUTION
Mitjançant la conceptualització d’una guia turística didàctica,
la finalitat és reactivar l’activitat d’oci al barri, com a una forma
d’unió del nucli familiar i de la reivindicació del que és propi.
Through the conceptualitzation of a didactic touristic guide,
our goal was to reactive the activity of leisure in the neighborhoods,
as a way of union of the family unit and the reivindication of what's ours.
_PRODUCTION
Per a això, s’ha dut a terme la creació d’un llibre-objecte portable
produït de manera ecològica a través de la tècnica de la risografia,
i que combina disseny editorial i il·lustració.
For that instance, we developed an eco portable book object produced
through risograph printing and which combines editorial design with illustration.
